William (Bill) Bonofiglo joined the Technology Solutions Division of Echelbarger, Himebaugh, Tamm & Co., P.C. (EHTC) in June 2008. He is a graduate of the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University, and he holds three Microsoft^® Dynamics^® CRM Specialist certifications.

Prior to joining EHTC, Bill was a customer relationship management (CRM) consultant helping customers reap the benefits of CRM software and strategies. He also specialized in the search engine optimization category of Internet Marketing. Bill is an expert in developing custom financial applications for Microsoft Excel, including loan administration software and APR and mortgage calculators.

At EHTC, Bill assists customers with developing CRM strategies, as well as deploying and providing ongoing support for their Dynamics CRM system.
