Pierre L. Hulsebus joined EHTC Technology Solutions, the Technology Solutions Division of Echelbarger, Himebaugh, Tamm & Co., P.C. (EHTC), as  CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Practice Manager in April 2003. Pierre spearheads the CRM consulting practice in West Michigan, assisting organizations with customer relationships and the profit improvement options available to them in this regard.

Pierre has over 15 years of experience in information technology, sales, and marketing. He has been an integral part of several successful CRM deployments. His certifications include Microsoft Certified Customer Relationship Management Professional, GoldMine Certified Professional, and HEAT Certified Professional. Pierre is also a certified facilitator for “Who Moved My Cheese?” training.

Pierre has taken courses in broadcasting and cinematic arts at Central Michigan University and earned his Associate degree in Information Systems from Grand Rapids Community College in 1998. He is a volunteer at the Carson City Correctional Facility where he organized a mentoring program and has acted as a Media Coordinator for Promise Keepers in Grand Rapids and Detroit. He is past President of Business Network International’s Grand Rapids Chapter.
