EHTC Hires New Staff Accountant, Alex J. Host

GRAND RAPIDS, MI, January 26, 2012 – Echelbarger, Himebaugh, Tamm & Co. PC (EHTC), recently welcomed Alex J. Host to the firm. He is a Staff Accountant working in the accounting and auditing areas. Alex graduated from Grand Valley State University (GVSU) in 2011 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.

Alex is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Taxation degree from GVSU and his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. He is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

While attending GVSU, Alex competed on the GVSU DIII Ice Hockey Team as an assistant captain and received Academic All-American honors. Alex first began working at EHTC as a tax intern during the 2011 tax season.
