Alex J. Host

Staff Accountant

Alex J. Host joined the Accounting & Audit Department at Echelbarger, Himebaugh, Tamm & Co., P.C. (EHTC) in December 2011. Alex first began working at EHTC as a tax intern during the 2011 tax season. He is now a Staff Accountant assisting with accounting and auditing projects. Alex granduated from Grand Valley State University (GVSU) in 2011 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.

Alex is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Taxation degree from GVSU and his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. He is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

While attending GVSU, he competed on the GVSU DIII Ice Hockey Team as an assistant captian and received Academic All-American honors.
