From January 3, 2022 until until February 16, 2022, EHTC will accept proposals from community organizations as to why they should become the recipient of this year’s 34th Annual Chipping for Charity Golf Outing. The outing, which will be held at Scott Lake Country Club in Comstock Park, MI, is an opportunity to raise money for a local organization where the money from the event would significantly impact the charity.

To be considered as the 2022 Chipping for Charity recipient, please submit the following:

  • Most recent annual financial statements
  • Copy of Form 990
  • Literature explaining what the organization does
  • Board of Directors listing
  • How the money will be used
  • How many of your organization's volunteers will be willing to participate (typically 6-8 requested)
  • A mailing list to send invitations

Below are some of EHTC's guidelines used in selecting a not-for-profit:

  • The money would significantly impact the charity
  • The money would stay locally
  • EHTC would be able to send charity donors and volunteers invitations
  • The organization would participate in the event (with volunteers, etc.)

To submit a proposal for the upcoming 2022 Chipping for Charity, not-for-profit organizations must send in their proposal between January 3, 2022 and February 16, 2022 to:

EHTC, Attn: Chipping for Charity, 2301 East Paris Avenue SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546
