Whitney L. VanDellen

Executive Assistant/Processor

Whitney L. VanDellen joined Echelbarger, Himebaugh, Tamm & Co., P.C. (EHTC) in January 2018 as an Administrative Assistant/Processor. She brings over fourteen years of prior Administrative experience to the team, as well as experience in QuickBooks, yearly insurance audits, business tax payments, 1099 preparation and managing personnel files. In January 2020, Whitney was promoted to an Executive Assistant to two Partners in the firm, assisting them with their day to day operations. Whitney ensures their schedules run smoothly by assisting with projects, calendar management and  firm-wide tasks that keep the office running efficiently.

As the Processor for the firm, Whitney focuses on ensuring clients receive accurate and timely information by assembling tax returns, tax notice responses, financial statements and payroll returns. Her attention to detail and is imperative to the firm in ensuring the high quality standards of client satisfaction are met. 

In her free time, Whitney enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and dog, Chester. She can be found reading, kayaking, cooking and traveling whenever the opportunity arises.
