EHTC (Echelbarger, Himebaugh, Tamm & Co.) was established in 1977 by Dennis M. Echelbarger, CPA/CFF/CGMA. His passion for public accounting and community outreach has made EHTC what it is today.
Who We Are
EHTC is a knowledgeable and dedicated, full-service CPA firm in West Michigan focused on helping clients achieve their full potential through comprehensive accounting, tax, and business advisory services.
We are a local firm with large firm resources. We utilize a team approach to proactive client service to help our clients gain a competitive advantage through our ability to develop strategies and present realistic solutions that build value.
We serve the needs of individuals and closely held businesses in the West Michigan area that share our core values, who are trustworthy, entrepreneurial, collaborative, and aspire a long term advisory relationship.
With everything EHTC does, we strive to maintain a healthy balance of hard work and fun, while helping clients and team members reach their full potential.

Philanthropic Involvement
We take pride in giving back to the local community. Each year, we host our annual Chipping for Charity golf outing, an event aimed to raise money for a local organization. Our team votes on an organization to partner with for that year’s event. Since its inception, over $325,000 has been invested into West Michigan non-profit organizations.
Additionally, our team makes it a priority to volunteer time at local organizations, both as a team and individually, and participate in ‘Day of Caring’ projects. Each holiday season, the EHTC team participates in Adopt-A-Family, with hopes of making the holiday season brighter for West Michigan families.
