Meet Lexie!

CPA | Controller

Lexie Lynn leads EHTC’s internal financial operations as Controller. In her role, she supports each department head with monthly financial reporting and is responsible for coordinating the annual budgeting process, preparing leadership presentations, and helping ensure EHTC’s financial data is accurate and actionable. She also collaborates across departments to streamline processes and share insights.

Lexie followed in her dad’s footsteps by earning her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Michigan State University. After passing the CPA exam and completing two tax internships with an international public accounting firm, she spent four years working with closely held businesses, nonprofits, and individuals before transitioning from public accounting to industry.

Prior to joining EHTC, Lexie served as Controller at a third-party logistics company. There, she led budgeting efforts, implemented new financial software, and provided financial education to leadership. Her experience in both tax and accounting, combined with her ability to translate complex data into clear insights, makes her a valuable resource for EHTC’s internal operations.

Lexie finds satisfaction in visualizing a solution and seeing it come to fruition. It’s a trait best reflected in her quilting, a hobby she learned from her grandma and mom at a young age and continues to practice today. Apart from plans to start creating modern quilt designs from scratch, Lexie enjoys golfing, home renovation projects, and spending time with her niece and nephew. She brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to everything she does.
