West Michigan Accounting & Advisory Firm adds Partner to Growing Transaction Advisory Practice
JULY 10, 2023 (Grand Rapids, Michigan) – West Michigan-based accounting, tax, and business advisory firm, EHTC, welcomes their new Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Partner, Ryan McCaslin. McCaslin will be leading their TAS group focused on buy-and-sell side financial due diligence and consulting services.
McCaslin has more than 20 years of professional experience providing accounting, consulting, assurance, and advisory services to middle-market clients. His transaction experience spans numerous industries including manufacturing and distribution, restaurants, retail, business services, software and technology, and gaming. McCaslin has led buy and sell side financial due diligence projects for both corporate and private equity clients for merger and acquisition deals ranging in size from $5 million to $1 billion.

McCaslin’s experience includes training and mentoring new professionals, developing a replenishing pipeline of transaction work, quality of earnings for buy and sell side purposes, assisting clients with working capital closing mechanism calculations and review of purchase agreements. McCaslin also has experience working closely with other advisory service lines to cross sell and supervise services.
