Meet Stacey!
Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator
Stacey Thurston is a Grand Valley State University graduate who started at EHTC in 2019 as an Executive Assistant to the Partners of the firm. She began by supporting them with scheduling, company wide projects, and managing their respective departments. Over the years, her role has expanded to organizing team events and training, coordinating EHTC’s annual Chipping for Charity Golf Outing, and overseeing the marketing and sales department.
Prior to working at EHTC, Stacey worked as an Executive Assistant for a startup company. She loved the fast pace and ever-changing environment and thrived working in many different areas of the company. When the time came to look for a new position, she was intentional about finding a company that was growing and evolving, while wanting to elevate themselves to the next level so she could help be a positive part of the growth and change.
Stacey loves working for a company that embodies its core values and actively encourages both clients and team members to challenge themselves to continue to grow and reach their full potential. Working with so many engaged team members who are passionate about bringing new ideas and innovations to their firm is very energizing to her.
Stacey’s best piece of advice for those looking into the field of finance is to expand your network. It’s always great to have connections with those in a variety of industries.
Outside of work Stacey stays active with workout classes, playing sports, and biking by the lakeshore. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, and checking out local events and breweries.
