Meet Bekah!
Tax Associate
Bekah Kaufman, Tax Associate, helps prepare individual and business tax returns, trust returns, and tax projections. After completing a full-time internship with EHTC during the 2023 busy season and returning for multiple part-time internships, she graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Master of Science in Accounting and has since joined EHTC full-time.
Bekah first became acquainted with the firm during her time with Scott Lake Golf & Practice Center, former host of EHTC’s annual charity golf outing. She would later reconnect with the firm at GVSU’s accounting career fair, leading to her multiple internship experiences. Over the years, she has gained exposure to individual and business tax returns, trust returns, and personal property taxes, building a strong foundation across multiple areas of tax compliance.
As a full-time Tax Associate, Bekah is focused on expanding her knowledge of business returns and complex individual tax work. She values the consistency and structure that comes with the full-time role and is studying for CPA certification as her career grows.
A dedicated reader and audiobook enjoyer, Bekah holds a particular interest in historical fiction and mystery novels. When she’s not working, studying, or at the gym, you can also find her outdoors enjoying the sunshine and hanging out with the family golden retriever, Ollie.
