Owen Andrew, Valuation Associate, helps business owners understand what their company is worth. He typically takes the first pass on each valuation engagement, building out financial analysis and valuation models before handing things off for review. He especially enjoys the consulting side of the work, sitting in on conversations with company leadership to understand how a business really operates and where its value might not show up on paper.

After striking up a conversation with EHTC at a Hope College career fair, Owen completed two valuation internships and Hope’s Business undergraduate program before joining full-time as an associate. He found the transition to be a smooth one, taking on responsibilities like drafting request lists and management interview outlines that used to fall to more senior team members, while working closely with the team on goal setting. As his career and EHTC's Valuation practice continue to grow, Owen is focused on growing along with them. He looks forward to taking on greater responsibility, sharpening his technical skills, and staying current through continuing education.
