In 2024, EHTC was proud to partner with PAWS With a Cause, an organization that trains and places custom assistance dogs for individuals with disabilities. Today, we’re reflecting on that experience, sharing how your generosity made a difference, and inviting you to join us again in 2025 as we tee off for this year’s Chipping for Charity partner, AYA Youth Collective.

The 36th Annual EHTC Chipping for Charity Golf Outing was a resounding success, highlighting the core values we hold dear at EHTC. This year’s event was not only a testament to our commitment to the community but also a celebration of teamwork, passion, and the spirit of giving.

Chipping for Charity is a yearly event that’s close to the hearts of all of us at EHTC. Through it, we live and breathe our core values of Willingness to Grow, Going Above and Beyond, Passion for Living, and Teamwork—and this year, our 35th year—is yet another opportunity to reinforce what matters to us as much as the business at hand!

EHTC will host its 35th annual Chipping for Charity Golf Outing on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at Scott Lake Golf & Practice Center, 911 Hayes Road Northeast, Comstock Park, MI 49321. Since its inception, over $350,000 has been raised and invested into West Michigan non-profit organizations. This year, EHTC is excited to announce its 2023 recipient: CASA of Kent County.

As a corporate citizen, EHTC strongly believes in being a good neighbor and strengthening the Grand Rapids area where we live and do business. We encourage our team members to be active in the community, to join organizations, and to take pride in giving back. We facilitate these efforts by hosting a number of initiatives that our staff can take part in.

On Tuesday, June 28, 2022, EHTC hosted a SOLD OUT Chipping for Charity Golf Outing. This 34th annual event raised over $19,000 for Beer City Dog Biscuits, a local nonprofit striving to support their team of disabled adults develop valuable skills throughout every step of the dog biscuit baking process.
